• Unit has been tampered with, altered or serviced by any unauthorized person.

• Unit has been used other than its intended purpose.
• Damage to grinder mechanism due to foreign objects other than coffee beans.
• Damage caused by pests, insects and foreign objects that may find its way inside the machine.
• Damage caused by fluctuation of electric current or voltage.
• Damage caused by using ingredients other than from our original supplies.
• Tampering or altering pre-set dispensing settings. (fees will be charged for re-programing)
• Normal wear and tear, accidents or force majeure.
6. Products and services sold and offered in this website are covered by their
respective manufacturer's warranty. We are mere re-sellers of these products and
is not responsible for any damages caused by using these products directly,
indirectly, incidental and or consequential.
7. Consumables are excluded from any warranty.
8. We ship either via Air21, LBC, or 2GO door-to-door courier service, however,
buyers may at their option choose their preferred freight forwarder agent to
arrange for "Freight Collect" pick-up and will only be released if the item is
already paid.
9. Our responsibility ceases once goods are delivered to courier service providers
or freight transport service providers, any delay for whatever reason is their
responsibility. Any claims for "damage on arrival" shall be directed towards the
transport service provider that is responsible, or if goods is insured, towards the
insurance company concern.
10. Payment must be received in advance before shipping. Orders paid by direct
deposit will only be processed when funds have been cleared and credited to
our account. For faster processing of order(s), bank deposit slip may be scanned
and emailed to us for verification and confirmation.
11. For provincial order, we accept online payment or direct bank deposit only,
interbank transaction fees (if any) will be for the account of buyer.
12. We do not accept (C.O.D.) shipping arrangement.
(We also do not accept any other forms of payment i.e. GCash, Western Union,
Money Order, personal check, etc. If trust is an issue, the only option is to
arrange for a "pay as you pick- up" transaction.)
13. Please allow two days upon receipt of payment to pack and ship. Every endeavor
will be made to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, but delays
sometimes happen, if this is the case, you will be immediately notified.
14. We inspect every product before packing to ensure our customers that their
purchase is in good order and condition before it leaves for its final destination.
15. Offers are for Philippine domestic market only.
